CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

We are not accepting any returns or exchanging any products right now.

Can I get a refund?

No refunds are possible at this time unless an order is cancelled within 24 hours or if we have made a mistake such as forgetting or incorrectly sending a product.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?

Processing will take 7-14 days at the time of the order. We will try to process orders as soon as we can, but it may take some time. Shipping will take 3-5 business days after we have sent it out.

how do i track my package?

You will receive a tracking number after we have sent out the package for USPS

Can i cancel an order?

Yes! Please email us at theelixircosmetics@gmail.com within 24 hours with subject line CANCELLATION ORDER followed by your order number (CANCELLATION ORDER #052). We will cancel your order and refund you.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We are connected through PayPal. PayPal and most forms of credit cards including, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Cash will only be accepted if in the area.
